Resolves YES if the official unadjusted regular-session closing price of the EWZ ETF on its primary U.S. exchange on October 30, 2026 is strictly above $45. Resolves NO if it is equal to or below. After-hours trading does not count. If there is no regular session that day due to an extraordinary market-wide suspension, apply the VOID rule.
