By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Resolution Policy, Community rules, competition rules and the specific rules of each market. PRYDYX Social is structured as a competitive social network for future analysis using internal virtual credits with no cash-out. If there is a dispute about market resolution, the published question, sources and resolution rule for that market govern, subject to applicable law.
PRYDYX is a Competitive Social Network for Future Analysis that uses prediction markets, community, reputation, Rating, Rankings, XP, leagues, competitions and progression to measure and develop forecasting ability. PRYDYX Social operates with internal virtual credits and does not provide PRY cash-out.
Social mode is separate from any future product involving real money, redeemable cryptoassets or monetary prizes. Such features may only be offered where and when the required legal structure, authorizations, controls and specific terms are in place. Future plans do not create any promise that PRY will become convertible, redeemable or appreciate in value.
Access may vary by age, country, jurisdiction, category, account status, security, app-store requirements and legal obligations. For staging, the provisional minimum age is 18. PRYDYX may limit registration, participation, purchases or features based on local rules and may request additional verification when justified.
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and must not sell, assign, share or use accounts to bypass controls. Multiple accounts used to gain advantage, bonuses, competitive position or evade restrictions are prohibited.
PRY is an entertainment-oriented virtual credit issued or recognized by PRYDYX for exclusive use inside Social mode. PRY is not currency, e-money, a deposit, investment, security, equity interest, debt instrument, cryptocurrency, stablecoin or promise of future payment.
Making PRY available gives the user a limited, personal, non-sublicensable contractual right, subject to these Terms, to use that balance inside PRYDYX. The balance is not money held in custody, a bank deposit or a redeemable claim against the operator.
PRY cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, converted or exchanged for BRL, USD, EUR, any fiat currency, USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, another cryptoasset or any other form of money. PRYDYX does not provide support, manual flows or alternative mechanisms for converting PRY into monetary value.
Users may not sell, buy, gift, auction, trade or transfer PRY between users or outside the platform, nor sell accounts because of their PRY balance. Attempts to create a secondary market, arrange outside payments or link PRY to cash, bank transfers or crypto may result in cancellation, balance adjustment, restriction, suspension or account termination.
PRYDYX does not promise, guarantee or suggest appreciation, liquidity, listing, future marketability, conversion, financial return or capital gain relating to PRY. PRY has no promised fixed supply and may be issued, granted, adjusted or used in rewards under internal rules and published campaigns.
PRY does not generate interest, staking, yield, dividends, passive remuneration or return merely by remaining in an account balance. Rewards may arise from activity, performance, missions, competitions, campaigns or other internal rules without turning PRY into a financial product.
In the current Social mode, PRY is maintained as an internal virtual credit and is not a public blockchain token, tradable cryptoasset, exchange-listed asset or decentralized-market instrument. Any future blockchain product will be a separate feature subject to its own terms and requirements.
Purchased PRY is balance acquired through payment via an authorized channel. Price, quantity, applicable taxes and conditions are shown before purchase. Purchase does not create cash-out, conversion or transfer rights.
Promotional PRY is granted without charge through campaigns, bonuses, tests, compensation or promotions. It may have specific use or validity conditions when permitted by law and clearly disclosed.
Reward PRY is earned through performance, markets, missions, progression, leagues, competitions or other internal activity. Like all PRY balances, it has no cash-out and no external monetary value.
Purchased PRY will not expire where applicable law, the distribution platform, payment channel or another mandatory rule prohibits expiration. Promotional or free PRY may have a specific validity period when permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
PRYDYX may correct balances created by technical error, duplication, fraud, chargeback, improper reversal, abuse or violation of these Terms, with traceability and proportionality. Correction of a proven error is not confiscation of deposited money because PRY is not a deposit or withdrawable balance.
PRYDYX may offer PRY packages at a displayed price, processed by payment partners or distribution platforms. Users must review price, quantity, currency, taxes and conditions before confirming a purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are governed by applicable law, the rules of the payment or store channel used and the conditions shown at purchase. These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, legally required refunds, fraud reversals or correction of processing errors.
A chargeback, dispute or fraudulent payment may result in reversal of the corresponding PRY and security measures. PRYDYX may restrict new purchases or features while a legitimate payment dispute is reviewed.
PRO may include cycle-based PRY, additional tools, analytics, history, alerts, expanded operational capacity and other plan benefits. PRO never grants competitive or editorial preference, increased forecasting weight, improved Rating or Ranking, trophies, market approval or preferential resolution.
Users may cancel through the available flow and the conditions shown at purchase. Where applicable, cancellation prevents future renewal while access remains until the end of the paid period, subject to mandatory law and billing-channel rules.
Each market must identify the question, possible outcomes, trading close, resolution rule and primary source, with a fallback source where applicable. YES and NO meanings are determined by the market contract and published rule, not by the title alone.
Before participating, users should read the question, dates, sources and rules. Trading or participation may be limited, paused or closed based on lifecycle, integrity, security, maintenance or legal obligations.
In the current PRYDYX version, each quote issued for confirming a position is valid for 15 seconds. If it expires before confirmation, the previous quote becomes invalid and the platform may automatically calculate and display a new quote with a new 15-second period. A position is executed only with a valid quote at the moment of execution.
PRYDYX applies the published rule and available evidence. Where necessary it may use a fallback source, correct a material error, pause resolution, resolve YES/NO or void a market. Material decisions should preserve the market's objective intent, published rules and an auditable trail.
Unavailable sources, later data revisions, methodology changes, cancellation, postponement, inconclusive outcomes, material ambiguity, date errors or unverifiable events may require correction, suspension, delay, fallback use or voiding, with reasons when relevant.
An apparent balance, status, ranking, reward, duplication or calculation error does not create an entitlement to a demonstrably incorrect result. PRYDYX may correct inconsistencies in a traceable, consistent, proportionate and non-discriminatory manner.
Each competition may define its period, eligible markets, requirements, scoring and rewards. Ineligible activity, fraud, manipulation, multi-accounting or abusive coordination may be invalidated. PRYDYX may recalculate scores, disqualify participants or cancel a competition where there is a material failure, operational impossibility or legal obligation.
In Social mode, rankings, leagues, competitions, achievements and campaigns do not award cash, cryptocurrency or another asset redeemable for money. Rewards may include additional PRY, XP, trophies, badges, titles, access, recognition or other internal no-cash-out benefits.
Rating measures performance; Ranking reflects relative position under current rules. Methodologies may evolve, but material changes should be communicated and should not be applied retroactively in an unfair manner. Closed-season history will be preserved whenever technically feasible.
No subscription, payment, PRY purchase or PRO benefit buys additional forecasting weight, better Rating, higher Ranking, trophies, editorial approval or preferential resolution.
Users are responsible for what they publish. Threats, harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, unlawful disclosure of personal information, illegal content and artificial coordination to influence markets, votes, reputation or Rankings are prohibited.
Fraud, market manipulation, abusive coordination, artificial self-dealing, activity spoofing, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, intentional bug exploitation, identity fraud and attempts to manipulate PRY, Rating, Rankings, rewards or Community signals are prohibited.
Offers, advertisements or agreements to buy or sell PRY, accounts or positions for bank transfers, cash, cryptoassets, external goods or other consideration are prohibited, including when arranged outside the platform.
PRYDYX may moderate, limit, hide or remove content and restrict features where necessary for security, integrity, rule enforcement or law. Material actions should be proportionate and may be reviewed through support where appropriate.
Submitting a market or competition proposal does not guarantee approval, publication, exclusivity or payment. The team or authorized systems may edit, classify, curate, reject or archive proposals under editorial and integrity policies. PRO does not buy approval or editorial priority.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the LGPD where applicable. PRYDYX may use security, fraud prevention, recommendation, translation and moderation controls consistent with its policies and legal obligations.
PRYDYX may use automated systems and artificial intelligence for generation, drafting, translation, classification, duplicate detection, validation, publication, monitoring and market resolution. Automated execution occurs only when applicable controls and policies allow it. Cases involving doubt, conflict, insufficient sourcing, ambiguity, risk conditions or judgment may be routed to human review.
PRYDYX names, marks, visual identity, software, code, interfaces, documentation, official content, data organization and proprietary methods remain protected. Unauthorized copying, improper commercial exploitation and impersonation are prohibited.
Users retain any rights they have in their content and grant PRYDYX a non-exclusive license, to the extent needed, to store, reproduce, display, translate, format, distribute within the service, moderate and make content available according to platform features and settings.
PRYDYX may use authentication, payment, email, AI, analytics and external data providers subject to their own terms. External sources remain outside PRYDYX editorial control, without limiting PRYDYX obligations when applying published rules.
Fraud, manipulation, abuse, serious or repeated violations, security risk, external PRY trading or legal obligations may lead to restriction, suspension or account termination. Where appropriate and legally possible, users may receive notice and support review.
Account closure does not turn PRY into withdrawable value. Treatment of purchased, promotional or reward PRY will follow these Terms, the source of the balance, mandatory consumer rights, chargebacks, fraud, payment-channel or distribution-platform rules and applicable law.
Users may request account closure through available flows. Some records may be retained, anonymized or deleted according to legal obligations, security, fraud prevention and the Privacy Policy.
PRYDYX may maintain, correct, migrate, evolve or temporarily limit services for security, integrity, maintenance or legal reasons. Continuous availability or permanent retention of every feature is not guaranteed, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Forecasts do not guarantee future events. User content does not represent PRYDYX and platform information is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes to these Terms should be communicated and renewed acceptance may be required where appropriate. Changes do not transform existing PRY into a cash-out promise or financial entitlement.
Services directed to Brazil observe applicable Brazilian law. Users may contact support without losing administrative remedies, consumer rights or legally competent courts. Additional rules may apply based on the user's jurisdiction.

These Terms are structured for the virtual-first PRYDYX Social mode, with internal PRY and no cash-out. Provisional data and commercial, consumer and eligibility clauses must receive final legal review before commercial launch and before any expansion into real-money mode.
